Features of Snapchat Streak

So that was the streak feature of Snapchat. Although it is an excellent application feature, it is not the only hottest feature to play around with. It is filled with different options to the brim. Let us look at some of the other options and features Snapchat has in store for us.

• The Snap feature – Let us start with the basics. Just like the name suggests, a snap is a single-shot picture. It is the first feature of Snapchat and is similar to the names. You can take a snap and post it or send it privately to your chat. The snap will then be available till the receiver has viewed it and will then disappear.
• The story feature – Everyone loves stories. So do the users of Snapchat. Stories is a commonly used option where you upload and post a photo or a sixty-second video for the contacts to see. It is visible for twenty-four hours for others to see before it is gone.
• The custom story feature allows users to create stories with the people on their chat list.
• Different filters – This can be said to be the most used feature of Snapchat. Some users might even say they have Snapchat installed only to use the filter option. There are many different types of filters, and these get updated regularly. So you are never short of funny and diverse filters on Snapchat.
• The chat feature – Since the application is a mix of snap and chat, there is no way there will not be a feature where people can text each other. The only difference is that when the receiver views the message, it is deleted. This feature is similar to the snap option but for chatting.
• Geofilter feature – This is generally used to showcase events near your place. You can change your snap into a more decorated version by applying the filters on them.
• Memories feature – If you do not want to delete a snap, you can put it away as a memory. Something of a digital photo album; the memory feature saves your snap instead of deleting them.
